Lynn Prentice

LYNN PRENTICE has practiced yoga for most of her adult life – over 35 years. Throughout this time, yoga has been her “go to” place for limbering up, managing stress, and in the past ten years, also a place of mindful meditation, and active prayer. In 2004 she became a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and has taught at elementary schools, silent retreats, a church and other venues. She continually enhances her yoga practice and yoga knowledge through ongoing self-learning and courses.
